विषय : बिल गेट्स की सफलता का रहस्य जानिए। यह प्रश्न उत्तर सत्र है।

प्रश्न : बिल गेट्स की गिनती सफलता प्राप्त लोगों की श्रेणी में आती है, वह  ऊंचाई पर पहुंचे हुए हैं और लंबे अरसे से उसी पर टिके हुए भी है। दीदी आपके हिसाब से उनकी सफलता का क्या रहस्य है, जो हम करेंगे तो हमें भी सफलता प्राप्त होगी।

राज दीदी ने कहा, एक दसवीं कक्षा का विद्यार्थी था जिसने टाप किया। उसने क्लास में टॉप किया, मेरिट में आया, न्यूज़पेपर में नाम आया, स्कूल में से बहुत उपहार मिले, Honour मिला, मान सम्मान मिला। जब उसका न्यूज़ पेपर में नाम छपा तो  उसे स्कूल में मान सम्मान मिल रहा था। उसी की स्कूल का एक दूसरा विद्यार्थी जो अभी 10^th में प्रवेश किया है, उसने जब टॉपर का मान सम्मान देखा तो उसने अपनी मां से कहा कि इसे जो मान सम्मान मिल रहा है वह मुझे भी चाहिए। उसकी मां ने कहा कि इसने जो मेहनत की है उतनी मेहनत तुम भी कर लो। तुम्हें भी वह मान समान मिल जाएगा। वह बच्चा टॉपर के पास गया और उसने पूछा कि आपकी सफलता का क्या रहस्य है..?? उसने कहा कि दिनभर में मैं 18 घंटे पढ़ता था। पूरे साल मैंने टीवी और मोबाइल को टच नहीं किया, न ही मैं दोस्तों के साथ कहीं बाहर गया, न ही कोई पार्टी में गया और न ही मैंने घर का कोई भी फंक्शन अटेंड किया। 18 घंटे मेरा पूरा फोकस स्टडीज पर था। यदि यह बच्चा भी ऐसा करेगा तो वह भी मेरिट में आएगा कि नहीं आएगा..?? वह मेरिट में जरूर आएगा। वैसे ही आप बिल गेट्स की सफलता का रहस्य जान जाएंगे और आप उनके जैसा ऐसा करेंगे तो आप भी धनवान बन जाएंगे। 

राज दीदी ने आगे कहा, अक्सर जब भी बिल गेट्स की सफलता की बात चलती है तो यह प्रसंग चर्चा में आता है‌। बिल गेट्स अपनी ऑफिस में बैठे हुए अपना काम कर रहे थे। इतने में एक महिला प्रेस रिपोर्टर उनका इंटरव्यू लेने के लिए आई। इंटरव्यू लेते-लेते उसने कहा – सर आप दुनिया के सबसे अमीर व्यक्ति है, इतनी ऊंचाई पर पहुंच चुके हैं, वही  पर टीके हुए हैं। आपकी सफलता का क्या रहस्य है..?? बिल गेट्स ने अपने टेबल का ड्रावर खोला, चेक बुक निकाली, साइन किया, चेक फॉडा और उस महिला को दिया। बिल गेट्स न्यूज़ महिला से कहा कि यह ब्लैंक चेक है, मैंने साइन कर दिया है, इसमें तुम मनचाही रकम भर दो और ले जाओ। उस रिपोर्टर ने बिल गेट्स को वॉच चेक रिटर्न कर दिया और कहां की सर मैं आपसे पैसे मांगने नहीं आई हूं। बिल गेट्स ने चेक अपनी जेब में डाल दिया। आगे उस महिला ने कहा कि सर मुझे तो सिर्फ़ आपकी सफलता का रहस्य जानना है। बिल गेट्स ने पुनः जेब में से चेक निकला और उस महिला को देने लगे। महिला को क्रोध आया और उसने चेक फाड़ दिया। मैं कब से आपको आपकी सफलता का रहस्य पूछ रही हूं और आप है कि मुझे चेक सरकाएं जा रहे हैं, मैंने आपसे कहा ना कि मुझे पैसा नहीं चाहिए। मुस्कुराते हुए बिल गेट्स ने उत्तर दिया कि मैं तुम्हें वही तो उत्तर दे रहा था कि मैं अपने हाथ में आई हुई कोई भी अपॉर्चुनिटी को हाथ से जाने नहीं देता, जैसे आपने किया। मैंने आपके सामने ब्लैंक चेक रख दिया, आप उसमें बहुत बड़ी रकम भरकर दुनिया के अमीर व्यक्तियों की श्रेणी में खड़ी हो सकती थी लेकिन आपने अपने हाथ में आई हुई अपॉर्चुनिटी को जाने दिया। 

राज दीदी ने आगे केशव के माध्यम से कहा। यह उन दिनों की बात है जब COVID 19 peak पर था। सबके व्यापार साइलेंट मोड पर थे लेकिन मिस्टर केशव का व्यापार दिन दुगनी रात चौगुनी तरक्की कर रहा था। ऐसे में किसी ने उनसे जाकर पूछा कि सबका व्यापार साइलेंट मोड पर चल रहा है और आप अभी भी दिन दुगनी रात चौगुनी प्रगति कर रहे हो। केशव ने कहा कि जब मैंने व्यापार शुरू किया तब मैं अपनी मां के पास गया था और  मैंने उनसे कहा कि मां आप मुझे आशीर्वाद दो कि मेरा व्यापार बहुत अच्छा चले, दिन प्रतिदिन मेरे काम में बढ़ोतरी हो। केशव कहते हैं कि जब मैंने मां से ऐसा कहा तो मेरी अनपढ़ मां ने कहां की बेटा व्यापार में मूर्ख भले ही बन जाना लेकिन किसी और को मूर्ख मत बनाना। मेरी मां के कहे हुए वह शब्द मेरे जेहन में बस गए। मैं पूरी ईमानदारी और वफादारी के साथ अपना काम करने लगा, इसीलिए मैं दिन दुगनी रात चौगुनी प्रगति कर रहा हूं। 

राज दीदी ने आगे मिस्टर राघव के माध्यम से कहा जो कि नारायण शास्त्र के रचयिता है। हम लोग दूसरों से फायदा उठाने के लिए कितने तीगडम, कितना समय, कितनी ऊर्जा लगाते हैं कि हमें सामने वाले से मुनाफा मिले, इसके बजाय आपको अपना समय यह सोचने में लगाना चाहिए कि दूसरों को आपसे कैसे फायदा पहुंचे। ज्यों ही आप ऐसा सोचना शुरू कर देंगे कि सामने वाले को लाभ कैसे पहुंचे तो आपके जीवन में आपको जो लाभ, फायदा, प्रॉफिट चाहिए वह खुद आपका पता पूछता हुआ आपके घर तक पहुंच जाएगा।

The Summary of Divine Wednesday Satsang 2^nd July 2025. This Satsang has been brought to you from the Treasure  box of Raj Didi’s spiritual discourses.

Topic : Know the Secret of Bill Gates Success. This was a Q & A session.

Question : Bill Gates is considered one of the most successful people. He has reached great heights and has sustained that position for a long time. Didi, according to you, what is the secret of his success.? What should we do to attain similar success.?

Raj Didi replied there was a 10^th grade student who topped his class. He made it to the merit list, had his name in the newspapers, received numerous awards from his school and was honored and respected. When another student, who had just entered 10^th grade, saw the honor and recognition the topper received, he told his mother, “I want that same honor too.” His mother replied, “If you work as hard as he did, you will surely earn that same recognition.” That boy went to the topper and asked, “What is the secret of your success?” The topper said, “I used to study for 18 hours a day. I didn’t watched the TV or touch the mobile phone for the entire year. I did not hang out with friends, did not attend any parties and not even any family functions. My complete focus for those 18 hours daily was on studies only.” If the other boy follows this same path, wouldn’t he also be on the merit list.? He absolutely will be. Similarly, if you understand Bill Gates’s secret to success and follow it, you too can become wealthy.

Raj Didi continued with this famous incident : Bill Gates was once in his office when a female journalist came to interview him. During the Interview, she asked, “Sir, you are the richest man in the world, you have reached great heights and maintained your position. What is the secret to your success?” Bill Gates opened his drawer, pulled out a cheque book, signed a blank cheque  and handed it to her saying, “This is a blank cheque. Fill in whatever amount you wish and take it.” The woman returned the cheque and said, “Sir, I have not come here to ask for money.” Bill Gates pocketed the cheque. She again asked, “Sir, I only want to know the secret of your success.” Bill Gates once again pulled out the cheque and offered it to her. She got upset and tore up the cheque saying, “I have been asking you for your success mantra and all you are doing is handing me a cheque! I do not want money!” Smilingly, Bill Gates replied, “That is exactly the answer I was giving you : I never let any opportunity that comes to me slip out of my hands — like you just did. I placed a blank cheque before you. You could have filled in any amount and joined the ranks of the riches. But you let the opportunity pass.”

Raj Didi further shared a story through Mr. Keshav : During the peak of COVID-19, when most businesses were silent or shut down, Mr. Keshav’s business was growing rapidly. Someone asked him, “Everyone else’s business is on pause, but yours is thriving. How..??”

Keshav replied, “When I started my business, I went to my mother and asked for her blessings for success. My illiterate mother simply said : ‘Son, in business, it’s okay to become a fool yourself, but never make a fool of others.’ Those words clicked me. I started working with complete honesty and loyalty, and that is why my business grew exponentially.”

Raj Didi then shared her views  through Mr. Raghav, the author of Narayan Shastra : We often invest so much time, energy, to take advantage of others for our benefit. But instead, we should spend our time thinking, “How others can get benefit from me..??”

The moment you start thinking about how to bring benefit to others, all the profit, success and prosperity that you seek will find its way to your doorstep — without you chasing it.
